This project included a complete turn-key interior renovation and fit-up for over 30,000 sq. ft of new hospital space spanning two floors. The objective of the project was to create a more comfortable and accessible environment for patients receiving life-saving kidney dialysis treatments. The project included a new feature entrance and accessibility ramp to the building. The renovated space now has large windows allowing plenty of natural light, high ceilings, and more space for families to accompany their loved ones.

Included in the major changes, were realigned parking lot, new roofing, elevators, and all new mechanical and electrical services. A former Bell Canada office building severed from the adjacent 8 storey structure required all new services including electrical, fibre, data, storm, sanitary, water and gas.
