Max De Angelis brings more than two decades of construction experience and a passion for delivering high-quality results on every project. Throughout his career, Max has led a wide range of major retail, restaurant, industrial and institutional projects across Ontario, providing expert insight and leadership from pre-construction through project closeout. He is committed to building strong relationships with clients, partners, subcontractors and employees while encouraging open communication and collaboration throughout every project. Through his leadership and commitment to excellence, Max has helped shape Fortis Group into the established and trusted company it is today.
Tyler Beckett, Vice President

With over 30 years of experience in the ICI construction sector and 20 years as a business owner, Tyler Beckett brings extensive industry knowledge, leadership and a proven commitment to project success and client satisfaction. Throughout his career, Tyler has played an integral role in procuring, planning, developing and delivering a diverse range of complex construction projects, while building long-standing relationships with clients, consultants, trade partners and industry stakeholders.
Tyler’s strategic, hands-on approach to problem-solving, combined with his strong focus on collaboration, allows him to navigate complex challenges while maintaining a clear understanding of the overall project objectives, critical path and key priorities. Through his leadership, experience and commitment to excellence, Tyler has been instrumental in the continued growth and success of Fortis Group.
Making Wishes Possible
Fortis has proudly supported Make-A-Wish over multiple years, helping create life-changing experiences for children and their families during the holiday season. It was truly heartwarming to see the smiles on the kids’ faces as they saw their customized decorated trees and opened their wish gifts!
Supporting Local Families
Our relationship with Children’s Aid has grown well beyond an annual donation. Through ongoing support, including providing outerwear packages to children and youth in our community, our Fortis team, trade partners and clients have come together to raise significant funds and make a meaningful difference for children and families throughout Windsor-Essex.
What began as a small Fortis initiative has grown into one of the highlights of our year and a tradition our Fortis Family looks forward to every summer. Year after year, our employees, clients, subcontractors, suppliers and sponsors come together on the course for a day of fun, connection and, most importantly, giving back. What makes this tournament so special is seeing that support grow each year and knowing that, together, we’re making a meaningful impact in our community. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who continues to show up, contribute and help us make a difference for causes that matter to the Fortis Family and the community we call home.
