Joe has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry with extensive experience in all aspects of construction. He began his career working in the field as a lead hand which evolved into numerous positions including Site Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Director, and Field Operations Manager. Joe’s hands-on industry experience, strong business acumen, and natural leadership ability drew him to his current role as Vice President of Operations.
As Vice President of Operations and a member of the Executive board, Joe oversees seamless communication and coordination between all Fortis team members both on site and across the three corporate offices.
Joe’s extensive field experience in project logistics, scheduling, and execution combined with his expert leadership methods and collaborative team approach has resulted in a proven track record of success. His detailed approach to quality control and project site safety combined with on site practical skills contributes significantly to Fortis Group’s continued growth and success.
Joe holds an Architectural Technologist Diploma from St. Clair College as well as Gold Seal Certification in Project Management.
