Now Lucas has a safe, fun space to play with his siblings and friends, right in his own backyard.

In just a few hours, Lucas’ dream became reality.

Fortis Group continues to be at the forefront of t

Fortis Group continues to be at the forefront of the industrial footprint and is proud to have just completed the construction of a 50,000 SF warehouse expansion for our repeat client Essex Terminal Railway/ Morterm Limited / Motipark Limited.

More than just a simple warehouse expansion, this building, with a 100 foot clear span, is supported by 90 individual 90-foot-long steel piles driven into the ground, transferring loads to bedrock.

All steel piles were sourced locally from our friends over at atlastube,
the pre-engineered building was from our partners Metal Building Solutions Inc. and the foundation, piers, and slab on grade were designed by Aleo Associates Inc.

Fortis group prides itself supporting locally while fostering collaboration within our construction community.
