Morterm Limited - Warehouse Expansion

Driven by expertise, fueled by passion, and dedicated to empowering our people, we build for a brighter tomorrow.

Fortis Group continues to be at the forefront of the industrial footprint and is proud to work again with Morterm Limited and Aleo Associates to construct their most recent 50,000 sq.ft. warehouse expansion which includes a 35 ton crane and 100 foot clear span.

More than just a simple warehouse expansion, this building is supported by 46 individual 90-foot-long steel piles driven into the ground, transferring loads to more stable soil layers.

All steel piles were sourced locally from our friends over at Atlas Tube and pre-engineered building from our partners Metal Building Solutions Inc. Fortis group prides itself supporting locally while fostering mutual growth and innovation within our community ensuring a sustainable and vibrant interconnected community.
