Fortis Group completed a 22,000 sq. ft manufacturing addition for Cavalier Tool. This addition included a 50,000 tonne bridge crane, a 25,000 tonne bridge crane, and four semi-gantry cranes to maximize manufacturing efficiencies. The project was completed within an occupied site within a live environment which required the existing facility to remain fully operational 24 hours a day. 

Fortis Group successfully completed the project with minimal affects to operations and deliveries through a phased addition approached. A portion of the addition was constructed over the existing building to ensure a water-tight structure as to not minimize downtime or adversely affect operations.

Cavalier Tool has been successfully servicing customers world-wide since 1975 and the new addition added to their already impressive operations allowing them to handle mold projects of any size.
