Acting as Construction Manager for BentallGreenOak, Fortis Group oversaw the complete overhaul and fit-out of 4 apartments of various sizes. Unit types included; 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, and a 2 story penthouse suite. The renovations included reconfiguring of unit layouts, all new HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, as well as all new finishes, millwork, and appliances.  

All work was completed within a fully occupied building which required coordination with below tenants and daily elevator scheduling. The project consisted of new high end finishes to exceed current Toronto housing standards to upgrade the building in a bustling Toronto neighborhood.
