This Design Build project was an addition to the existing WFCU Recreation Centre. The 20,000 sq. ft new addition included a 6 lane, 25m Myrtha Pool constructed to FINA standards, a 4m x 12m Therapy pool and indoor splash pad.

Fortis Group delivered the project three months before the scheduled delivery date and through value engineering saved the City of Windsor $1.5 million. Design-Build projects like the East Windsor Community Pool are constantly evolving and require a team that is flexible and knowledgeable in all aspect of construction, in order to surpass schedule and budget expectations.
