Glen Hill Terrace is the first complete long-term care redevelopment project for the Durham Region. The 160-bed state-of-the-art facility features five unique resident home areas, each with dining and living room areas to offer residents a modern home feeling. The interior also features the following amenities spaces; a salon, chapel, tuck shop, and special occasion private dining room. Exterior features for the facility include multiple walking paths, private terrace and patio areas, large, covered trellis and a resident vegetable garden.

The three-storey masonry and precast structural building is spread over 130,000 square feet and includes partial underground parking and a partial basement.
