A Construction Management project consisting of a new four-storey, 80,000 sq. ft. retirement home, including one level of underground parking. 

This high-end retirement residence included 57 suites, a main commercial kitchen and dining rooms, a parlour café, exercise room, theatre, computer area, and hair salon. Exterior features included balcony/patio for each suite and a common courtyard area with extensive landscaping and pergola features. 

Fortis Group expertly completed the complex project on a 14-month schedule in a narrow site within close proximity to the adjacent existing assisted living home combined with deep foundations extending to the new lot line, which resulted in careful excavation and caisson installation.
