This project included a complete renovation of the existing 20,000 sq. ft facility and construction of a new two-story 40,000 sq. ft. addition, along with new site servicing and parking lots. The renovation was a complete rebuild of the existing facility including all new exterior walls and glazing, roofing, and mechanical/electrical infrastructure and systems. The renovation and addition resulted in an environment more conducive to the children and family support areas required for the centre.

The John McGivney Children Centre is comprised of a daycare, school, rehabilitation treatment areas, gymnasium, and administration areas. The new space allows for the organization to deliver its comprehensive pediatric programs and services.
