Fortis Group performed the major interior and exterior fit-up for a new Scaddabush Italian Eatery located at Simcoe place in downtown Toronto. Planning and coordinating logistics was essential during this project, due its location in Toronto’s bustling downtown core. 

One block away from Union Station and just north of the Union-Pearson UP Express train, Scaddabush is steps away from the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, the Rogers Centre, and just south of Toronto’s Theatre District on King Street —making it a social hub for sports fans, music and theatre aficionados, locals, and commuters alike. The kitchen-style tables allow for guests to feel right at home in the updated traditional Italian restaurant.
