This Design-Build project consisted of a complete interior and exterior renovation to the 3 storey 52,000 sq. ft building into a 86-bed facility. The facility included a full-service medical room for visiting doctors, common areas, an exterior façade renovation, new commercial kitchen and dining area, and 3 storey high interior atrium. 

The site was a former 1930s restaurant when it received major addition in the 1980s to create a retirement home in Ford City. Our complete renovation rejuvenated the building into a fresh, modern retirement home for residents and the neighbourhood.
