Fortis Group acted as Construction Management for the development of the three-storey luxury apartment building in the heart of Tecumseh. The boutique building features seven layout options with one and two bedrooms options across 32 units, including four accessible suites.

Residences start from over 900 sq. ft. with open living spaces featuring balconies and high-end fixtures and finishes throughout each unit. The exterior of the building features high-performance glazing, brick and architectural stone, and EIFS.
