The Toldo Lancer Centre was designed to enhance the student experience and promote campus spirit and community pride. Constructed on the University of Windsor campus, the new sport and recreation facility introduces more than 100,000 square feet to the growing University campus. The new facility is integrated with the existing 63,000-square-foot St. Denis Centre.

Fortis Group completed the facility in 2022 that features the following elements:

8-lane, 25-metre pool

2-level fitness centre

Triple gymnasium with seating for 2,000 spectators

200 m suspended walking track

Three multipurpose fitness rooms

Alumni lounge, a study space, and several social spaces

Male/female/universal change rooms

Expansion of outdoor facilities

The LTC is home to the University of Windsor’s intercollegiate sports, varsity teams, and recreational services and serves as a campus hub for students to connect and gather. The centre aims to expand and enrich Building Campus, Building Community and Building Champions at UWindsor and throughout Windsor-Essex.
