Recreation of the former location which housed Bluewater pools for years, Fortis demolished the former structures to make way for the cutting-edge 17,000 sq. ft Day Care facility in Windsor, Ontario. The two-story building features a full-size gymnasium, theatre, kitchen, and administrative areas. The state of the art centre accommodates infants, toddlers, pre-schoolers, and school-age children. Also included in the project was a separate administration building for staff quarters. Fortis completed the project in line with Toy Box’s commitment of providing exceptional care and a space where children are able to explore safely and comfortably.

Toy Box Early Education Centre is the premier fully-licensed childcare centre in Windsor, Ontario. The new centre added 200 more child-care spots to the Toy Box Early Education’s current operations. Fortis Group previously constructed the Toy Box’s McDougall location within the Windsor area as well.
