Acting as Tortoise Group’s construction manager, Fortis Group completed the interior renovation for the cottage-inspired dining experience restaurant located at Erin Mills Town Centre. The project included complete underground plumbing work, all HVAC, electrical, and high-end finishes including a substantial millwork package.
Top of the line kitchen equipment and a theatre-grade Audio Video package were installed as part of the new restaurant. Fortis Group was proud to construct the two-level restaurant to its tradition of celebrating family, friendship, and a fun atmosphere through a signature premium casual-dining experience.
A new elevator and stair were installed after the landlord scope of work, which allowed Fortis to seamless transition into the interior fit-up. Our broad construction skill set combined with a large clientele group enables Fortis to maximize efficiency for landlords and tenants reducing both construction duration and costs.
