Weston Apartments selected Fortis Group as Construction Manager for the ground-up construction of a new 56-unit apartment building in the heart of Essex, Ontario. The building features upgraded finishes and balconies in each unit and six accessible units, along with a common multipurpose community room and lounge areas.
The 6-storey mid-rise project was completed with a structural metal stud and a precast floor system. Exterior finishes of the building include a combination of high-performance glazing, architectural stone veneer, and EIFS.
