Completed Projects

As we bid farewell to 2023, Fortis Group proudly reflects on a year marked by a diverse array of completed projects, showcasing our unwavering commitment to excellence in construction. From the SOHO South Windsor condominium, a 4-storey masterpiece with 78 residential units and 115,000 sq. ft. of living space, to The Townsend in Tecumseh, offering 38 modern units with one- and two-bedroom options – each project stands as a testament to our dedication. Eastview Horizon, spanning an impressive 60,000 sq. ft., not only embodies new cutting-edge technology but also creates holistic education spaces. Meanwhile, the University of Windsor Ron W. Ianni Law Building underwent a transformative 90,000 sq. ft. renovation, retaining its signature exterior while fostering a collaborative environment. Lastly, Integrity HD’s 35,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility project stands as a beacon, exemplifying our commitment to setting new standards. Collectively, these projects define Fortis Group’s impactful journey in construction throughout the year.

Commenced Projects

As we stride into the future, Fortis Group is actively engaged in dynamic projects that underscore our dedication to excellence in construction. Among these ventures is the North Shore Elementary School, a 66,000 sq. ft. facility for the GECDSB, symbolic of our commitment to advancing educational infrastructure. The expansion of Brouillette Phase 2 connects seamlessly with Phase 1, introducing an additional 32 beds to enhance community facilities. Meanwhile, the IKEA Etobicoke Home Delivery Conversion project transforms an underground parking garage into a cutting-edge home delivery warehouse, showcasing our adaptability. In Windsor, our involvement in Industrial Buildings on the city’s largest ongoing project reinforces our position as industry leaders. Additionally, the construction of a Private Airplane Hangar demonstrates our versatility in catering to unique project requirements. These ongoing endeavours exemplify Fortis Group’s continuous pursuit of construction excellence and innovation throughout the year.

Community Strong

In 2023, Fortis Group continued its unwavering commitment to community well-being through a range of impactful initiatives. Our internally led and run efforts, including the Annual Charity Golf Tournament, proved to be a tremendous success, raising over $90,000. The ‘No Cold Child’ initiative, providing outerwear packages to over 200 children and youth, exemplified our dedication to making a tangible difference. Collectively, with the support of our industry partners, trades, and the community, our internal initiatives contributed over $125,000 to various causes.
