University of Windsor
Student Initiated Rec Centre Brought To Life
Fortis Group along with EllisDon, is proud to announce another collaborative joint venture for the new Lancer Sport and Recreation Centre for the University of Windsor.
The major project will feature a renovation and addition to the existing St. Denis Athletic and Community Centre in order to blend the University’s academic, recreational, and social environments. The state-of-the-art facility will include a new aquatics centre, triple gymnasium with stadium seating, study lounge, multipurpose rooms, fitness centre, and additional social spaces.

Building Strong In The Residential Sector

Walker Power Building
The Redevelopment Of A Historic Landmark
Fortis Group acting as Construction Manager in conjunction with The Walker Power Building Inc. Currently, we’re completing the base building work and interior office fit-outs on the 107-year-old Walker Power Building. We’re excited to be a part of this important Walkerville community project of bringing life back into this long-vacant building. We’ll be sure to share updates as we progress on the exciting redevelopment of this Windsor-Essex historic landmark.

Wendy’s Partnership
A Modern Look For Quick Service
As a proud partner of over 20 national quick serve brands, Fortis Group is excited to announce that we are bringing 3 new Wendy’s restaurants to Ontario. Our team recently completed a new restaurant in Port Elgin for the hamburger giant. A new restaurant in Caledonia will feature the modern look that Fortis Group first debuted in Burlington, Ontario in early 2018. Amherstburg will soon be home to a new Wendy’s featuring a historical theme to pay tribute to one of Ontario’s oldest and most historic towns. Stay tuned as we progress on these future projects!
