Complete And Ongoing Projects

COVID 19

We’re Still Building Strong

It’s good to be back in your inbox! We took some time to focus on what matters most during this time and implement several new safety procedures and guidelines. Although it’s been a while since you’ve heard from us, we’ve still been building strong across Ontario. We’d like to take this opportunity to acknowledge and honour our dedicated employees who continued to work on several essential projects since the outset of the pandemic. Thank you to our dedicated clients, partners, subtrades, and employees for your ongoing commitment to safety on every site. It is through our successful collaboration on all fronts that we are able to continue to #BUILDSTRONG safely, effectively, and efficiently across the province of Ontario.

As COVID-19 has affected each and every one of us in different ways, please do not hesitate to reach out to learn more about the ways in which we are continuing to stay safe on every project.

The unique lifestyle-oriented fitness experience consists of premium studios such as open-air sky yoga studios with Nanawall to Hot Hatha studios. Sears Transformation

Fortis Group recently completed a major renovation and expansion at Niagara’s largest shopping centre, The Pen Centre. The former Sears location underwent major asbestos and demolition work prior to the massive redevelopment. The vacant 180,000 square foot space that is spread across three levels was developed to create multiple tenant spaces, new mall corridors and turnkey fit-ups for Trillium College and SportChek. The project also consisted of a total exterior envelope reconstruction including complete reroofing and new marquee mall entrance.

Fortis Group was proud to deliver the transformed mall on behalf of Cushman & Wakefield and stay true to the visions of constant evolution and bringing the latest and greatest retailers to the Niagara region.

Congratulations to everyone involved on this exciting project! This is just one of the many major mall redevelopments that Fortis Group is working on across the province.

We’re Stronger Together

Although 2020 has looked different than anyone of us can imagine, we are still focusing on what matters most through our community outreach and commitments.

Fortis Group was proud to participate in the United Way’s Backpack for success program once again. This year our staff was able to take on a more hands-on approach and participate in the distribution of backpacks to the community. Thank you to the United Way for creating a COVID friendly environment to enable students to be set for success this coming school year.

Kudos to our Fortis team for your dedication and time to this important community initiative.
