Fortis New HQ Location
Fortis officially has a new place to call home for our headquarters. Our new head office is located at 416 Advance Blvd. in Tecumseh, Ontario.
Progressed on over 2.4 Million sq. ft.

Building For The Future
From JK to post-secondary and tertiary education, the Fortis team is helping to shape the future of education in Ontario.
Fortis was proud to partner with EllisDon on two joint venture projects for the University of Windsor. This summer, we wrapped up the Toldo Sport and Recreational Centre, providing the Windsor campus and surrounding community with a world-class recreational facility.
The transformation 50 years in the making for the University of Windsor’s Ron W. Ianni Building continues into the new year.
We’re proud to be involved with five projects for the Greater-Essex County District School Board that will help to build a better tomorrow for students.

Residential Portfolio Expansion
In 2022, we expanded our growing residential portfolio by constructing almost 300 individual residential units. So stay tuned as we wrap up several projects in early 2023.
Fortis broke ground on the new Integrity HD plant in Windsor, Ontario. We were honoured to receive the 2021 Integrity Strategic Supplier Award as a testament to our long-standing partnership with the leading global organization.
Completing the Ministry of Transportation Patrol Yard in Ayr, Ontario, marked a significant addition to our extensive industrial portfolio of projects.
Commercial – Retail Redevelopment Experts
2022 was a year of exponential growth for our commercial experience. We wrapped up projects at Lansdowne Place, Erin Mills Town Centre, and Fairview Mall while breaking ground on two new mall redevelopments at White Oaks Mall in London and Quinte Mall in Belleville. We’re excited to continue to expand our commercial expertise across the province!
Community Centered Projects
From libraries to long-term care to multi-million-dollar recreational facilities, the Fortis team is involved in it all. A major kudos to the team at the Waterloo Eastside Branch Library for successfully completing the new stunning facility.
Our team is also nearing the completion of Phase 1 of the new Brouillette Manor in Windsor. Once complete, the project will result in 96 new beds for the facility.
Ground was officially broken on one of Fortis Group’s largest capital value projects to date – the new Carrvillle Community Centre and Library. We’re excited to partner with Matheson Constructors on the future 92,000 sq. ft. world-class recreation centre.
Fortis has always been a place where the community comes first and in 2022 we continued to prove that. This year we were overwhelmed by the generosity of our team and industry partners.
The Fortis Group Annual Charity Golf Tournament raised over $75,000 for the Windsor-Essex Children’s Aid Foundation.
No Cold Child was back for its 3rd year providing 200 children and youth from the WECAF with complete outerwear packages and personal hygiene supplies.
We once again supported the United Way’s BackPack for Success program to help make sure that every child is set up for success this school year.
