Expanding Residential Portfolio
Find us in the booming North London area for Phase 1 of the future twin development with HLH Investments. The 8-storey mixed-use building boasts 144 luxury apartments and a rooftop terrace offering 360 views of the area. The 10,000 sq. ft. retail space on street level will add to London’s premier residential and residential areas. We’re taking things below deck for this project and incorporating an 82-vehicle underground parking garage to service this massive development.
Transforming Windsor Law
Fortis Group is back at the University of Windsor! Once again, we are proud to partner with EllisDon on an exciting and collaborative project for the campus. The Ron W. Ianni Law Building Renovation project is well underway as we transform the current building into a welcoming, multi-purpose, and dynamic space for Windsor Law students. Stay tuned for further updates on the building’s first major renovation in half a century.
The Game-Changing St. Clair College Sportsparks complete!
The St. Clair College Sportspark has quickly established itself as a game-changer for the landscape of collegiate athletics. The multi-sport facility provides the institution’s 13,500 students with recreation and varsity athletic programming.
Fortis Group was proud to work with the Student Representative Council on the state-of-the-art complex featuring a new fully lit artificial turf soccer stadium and softball diamond. Since opening in November, both community and students have safely enjoyed the 30,000 sq. ft—Zekelman Tennis Facility. We’re pleased to add another world-class project to our expansive recreational portfolio.
